The Personal Interest Project (PIP) is a product and 3500 word report that students in grade 10 must create to demonstrate their ability to respond to a community need and conduct research. Topics/questions are formulated by the students and the process is supported by the PIP coordinator, mentors, and supervisors. This programme is an important opportunity for students to engage with the local community and conduct high quality academic research. The Personal Interest Project report is cross-marked by Haileybury College, Melbourne, who issue the final certification for students.
